We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
To start a return, email us at hello@browntheshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for approval before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: sale items, jewelry, candles, beauty, fragrances and home goods.
For damaged items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
Gift returns will be issued as store credit.
Yes! You're welcome to pick up your order in person at our store — 108 West Lebanon Avenue, Elon, NC 27244. Just select local pickup at checkout and we'll send you an email once it's ready. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours, Monday through Saturday, 10am–6pm.
No, all sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Furniture orders are handled a little differently than our other products. Once your order is placed, we work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to coordinate delivery to your location. Most of our furniture ships via white glove delivery service, meaning it will be brought inside, placed in the room of your choice, and packaging will be removed — no heavy lifting on your end.
Delivery fees vary depending on the item and your location, but we'll walk you through all of that before anything is finalized. Our furniture can be delivered anywhere in the continental U.S., so don't hesitate to reach out wherever you are.
